What is Self-Exclusion?

Activation of Self-Exclusion
We will try our best to activate the self-exclusion on your behalf. Typically, it would take 24 hours maximum to put it in effect since the time of our receiving your request. In that course of time, we would:
Suspend sending you marketing material
Remove you from our marketing databases.
Suspend your account and deny access to our site for the specified period.
Permanently close your account and return any funds owed to you if you so require.
Reactivation of Account
No accounts under self-exclusion can be reactivated until the completion of the exclusion time, even though no attempt should be made:
Not reactivating the self-excluded account.
Not opening a new account.
Not placing bets through the account of another person.
Reopen After a Self-Exclusion Period
After the self-exclusion period ends, you can ask us to reactivate your account if you visit us in person and confirm this in writing. If we ever reverse this decision, allow you to reactivate your account, and "lapse all on that day", there will be a 24-hour consideration period when the account will not be able to be used.
Self-exclusion is one of the steps towards taking control over your gaming behaviour. We will walk you along this path and create a safe and responsible gaming environment for all our customers.
